After being at the Danbury Fair Mall for 2 weeks, it was time to pack up and move on to the next city. The show ended it's Danbury, Connecticut appearance on Sunday night at 10:00PM and Monday was needed to pack up and secure all of the attractions onto the flatcars. On Tuesday morning, after some switching in the Segar Street area, the train left Danbury to go to Pittsfield, MA. Traveling along the Berkshire line, the Housatonic Railroad used 3 engines to move the equipment. This first page shows the trip from Danbury, Connecticut to New Milford, Connecticut. Starting out at the site of the old Danbury Fairgrounds (behind the Danbury Fair Mall), the day started out with alot of switching in the area of Segar Street.

The Strates Circus Train moves past White Street in Danbury past the Danbury Railway Museum's home.

The Strates Train continues north as it passes under the bridge for Route 25 in Brookfield, Connecticut.

Traveling through New Milford the train moves through the center of town just north of the New Milford Station.
