The Canaan Union Station before it was devastated by arsonists. This view would be looking northeast. The Canfield Inn in Canaan, Connecticut. This crossing would be today's Route 7. The Shepaug Valley Railroad's station in Bantam, Connecticut. On the right side of this photo would be today's Route 202.
Housatonic Falls (Great Falls) before the power plant was built. On top of the falls is the bridge to the Falls Village Engine Shops. Closer view of the rail bridge over the Housatonic.
An early view of the Danbury Station. Note the single track at the station. Today, the station is the home of the Danbury Railway Museum. One of the many hat shops located in Danbury. During Danbury's hatting days it was known as the Hat Shop Capitol of the World. Bull's Bridge in Kent before it was restored in the 1970's. If you look at the center support, it doesn't appear to be complete.
